A renumbering program has been started for SOO, MILW, MNS
locomotives. The following number series will be used:

          SW 9              1000 - 1006
          SW 1200           1100 - 1115, 1200 - 1222
          SW 1500           1400 - 1401
          MP 15AC           1500 - 1563
          GP 7              3900 - 3906
          GP 9              4200 - 4239
          GP 20             4300 - 4335
          GP 38-2           4400 - 4452, 4500 - 4515
          SDL 39            6200 - 6208
          SD 39             6240 - 6241
          SD 40 & SD 40-2   6300 - 6388, 6600 - 6672
Timetalbe special instructions are modified accordingly.

The present number series for F 7, GP 30, GP 35, and SD 9
type locomotives will remain unchanged.
