Looking for a railway job? Check out..

Rail Job Search
The world's premier rail industry job site.
www.railjobsearch.com

The site is based in the UK but the coverage is world wide.

Dorr,

Great tip for those looking. Also, information on jobs available in the railroad industry can be found at www.rrb.gov. The Railroad Retirement Board list this and many other items of info mainly for employees, but those looking to get into the industry can start there, too.

Anyone working for a railroad can go there to find out how much their retirement annuities are, what the qualifications are, age/service requirments, spousal benefits, etc.

Corky,

Absolutely, the RRB site (notice the link on the Advertising page, right below the BLET and UTU links) is very informative and important but only for those living/working on US railroads. Not much help for a worker in the UK or elsewhere in Europe.
